This is the gate cut system for high-cycle molding of small size backlight plate. Equipped with two gate cut units, which corresponds to 8-second molding of 2-cavity product. | |
A new mechanism, hybrid of the air cylinder and servo motor, has been adopted to nipper drive. Speed can be controlled properly, which reduces cracks usually led by air-driven operation. |
