Various types of blocks can be created by making
a chart called a step list, and motion blocks put together in
combination to form an operation program for the take-out robot.
The SFC chart shown here was put together in a graphical flowchart
format so that the motion flow can be seen easily, at a glance,
and maintenance can be easily carried out. |

Registration function using personal nouns |

All of the parameters necessary for operation,
such as teaching points, input and output signals, and timers,
can be registered using personal nouns. This makes it easy to
recognize and understand the contents of motion programs, and
to put together step lists. |

Additional functions such as interlocks and
various types of prohibitions |

Interlocks can be added when operation is linked
with an external equipment. Operation of valves and axes can
be prohibited simply by building such functions into the ladder
program. |

Additional error processing function |

Error processing can be added when using auto
operation. Ordinary error processing is already built into the
program and does not need to be input. However, this function
provides for additional error processing functions. |

Convenient editing functions |

When entering the same step that has already been
used or when switching operations, a cut and paste function
significantly reduces the time required for input. Teaching
points, the contents of data checks for palletizing, and other
information can be edited as well. |
