There are two ways of adopting the optional "Take-out Robot Simulator". One is to choose this software as an option for "E-touch Web controller". Another is to use windows - based software "Flexible Teaching" which includes this simulator as a part of its functions.



"Take-out Robot Simulator"allows users to simulate robot motions on a screen of a controller or PC. After users add or change robot motions using motion-programming software "Flexible Teaching"or "Lead Through Teaching " which is standard with an "E-touch Web controller", they can use "Take-out Robot Simulator"to visually check if the robot moves as expected before actually operating the robot.

This software allows you to check programmed robot motions on a screen of a controller or PC and thus saves you time for programming as well as improving labor efficiency, assuring safety and shortening time for mold change.

Teaching
You can check confirm robot motions without actually operating a take-out robot so even unskilled operators can perform teaching at ease.

3-dimensional screen display
 
(1) Three-dimensional robot image moves as programmed on the screen.
(2) A molding machine can be also displayed 3-dimensionally and you can select to view the robot image only or both the robot and molding machine.

Real time monitor of input/output signal

(1) Confirm which signal is under active from at real time while referring to the 3-dimensional image.

Provided with a debug function that turns on and off input signals compulsorily.

(3) The monitor is displayed in the same language as one applied for the robot operation program.

The state of operations, such as a robot's present position and a step number, can be checked.

(2) Numerical values represent the 3-dimensional motion at real time.

(1) Simulate confirm operation, one - cycle operation, Auto automatic operation, and start/pause/stop operation on the simulation screen.

(2) A robot operation window is provided to allow you to perform operation such as teaching.
