Eco-mode

The controller will automatically adjust the traverse speeds down to return home just before the next cycle.
By slowing the robot down, less energy is used and longer life is obtained.

The timer value shown in green characters on the screen at the left is adjusted automatically.

Positioning completion width

The take-out robot will automatically calculate the optimum curved path in the mold to minimize mold open time required for product take-out.

Artificial intelligence (AI)

The take-out robot uses artificial intelligence to optimize speeds and timers reducing set up time and operator training.

Traverse direction change display on the controller

The traverse direction can be changed from operator to rear / rear to operator side using the controller graphics.

Pressure sensor control

The vacuum suction level can be displayed and adjusted using the controller.

Visual teaching

A camera mounted to the end-of-arm tool allows the operator to see what is happening and to teach the robot more effectively. The camera image is displayed on the controller screen.

Multi-language display

English, Japanese, German, and Chinese can be displayed.
