The position at which runners are released can be set by adjusting the swing angle between 60 and 90 degrees. |
| X option |
When runners are released after extraction from the upper mold, the chuck rotates 180 in the opposite direction to prevent runners from hanging so runners are released facing downward. |
| Conveyor signal linking |
Operation can be linked to the belt feed of a pool conveyor, by connecting an optional metal outlet, enabling molded products to be stocked in shot units. |
| Special color |
The customer can specify a special color for the robot and the control box, etc. |
| External Part removal detection |
After runners have been extracted, they can be detected by a limit switch. |
| Special base for attachment to a vertical clamp injection-molding machines where there is no room on the horizontal surface of the molding machine to mount the robot. |

| Safety door signal |
This signal monitors when the safety door of the molding machine is closed. Extraction cannot begin during automatic operation unless this signal is on. |

The robot can use the automatic injection signal output from the molding machine as a condition to begin extracting. This initiates automatic operation only when parts have been molded. |
