Option Explanation of option Applicable models
Vacuum circuit In addition to the single product vacuum circuit in the standard specifications, expansion is possible up to 4 vacuum circuits. All models
Product chuck circuit 1 or 3 circuits can be added to the product chuck circuit provided in the standard specifications, for a total of 2 or 4 circuits.
Sprue chuck (interim drop along runner) circuit The timing at which the sprue is released can be selected by setting the timing mode.
Pitch correction circuit The product pitch can be changed in the attachment head.
Sprue cut circuit This circuit allows the sprue to be cut in the attachment head, using nippers. It cannot be used in combination with a gate cutting circuit in the head.
Gate cutting circuit inside head This circuit allows gate cutting in the attachment head, with nippers. It cannot be used in combination with a sprue cutting circuit in the head.
Axis wrist rotation unit (with sensor)*1 This unit is used to re-orient parts for extraction from the mold or for downstream operaters.
Single-touch head attachment/removal fitting*1 This allows the attachment head to be installed or removed at a single touch.
Chuck semi-grip circuit To prevent deformation of molded products and securing of molded products when the sprue is cut, a pressure-reducing valve is added to the product chuck circuit.
Switching between fixed and movable sides This circuit switches between "fixed side take-out" and "movable side take-out".
Signal light / signal tower This indicates the status of the take-out robot.
Ascent end external detection After the products are taken out, this detects whether or not there are any products left, using a limit switch at the ascent limit of the take-out robot. VN-EA-35

Horizontal limit support This is used if high positioning precision is required when the horizontal travel frame is extended, or when products are released.

8-pin metal outlet for stocker connection This metal outlet is used in combination with Yushin stockers.
Defect ejection circuit In response to a defect signal from the molding machine, defective products are released at a separate position from good products.
Initial discharge operation When automatic operation starts, defective products are forcibly released at a different position from good products, for a specified no. of shots.
Temporary interruption of mold opening If it is difficult for the product to be held by the mold when the mold finishes opening, the mold opening is interrupted and the product held by the take-out robot. Then the mold opens all the way.
Standby during horizontal travel*2 If standby is not possible at the usual position when the mold is closed (there is an object on the mold interfering with standby), the standby position can be set to partway along the horizontal travel path.
High-cycle operation

Horizontal travel and reversal operation are carried out at the cycle time, to shorten the take-out robot cycle time.
Undercut operation To take products out of an undercut mold, teaching points can be added at up to 3 places.
Sampling operation During automatic operation, products are released to a sample release position after each specified number of shots.
Dropped product detection After products have been taken out, take-out detection continues until just before the products are released.
Take-out defective ascent stop If a take-out error occurs during automatic operation, the machine stops at the take-out ascent position, and an error is displayed. (In standard specifications, the machine stops after 1 cycle of operation.)
Waiting for descent command to go on If the machine in the next process is not ready, the descent command signal input waits for the number of timer seconds, and if no signal is input, the user selects whether products are discharged or an error is displayed and the machine stops.
Interlock output to next process This sets an interlock for the machine in the next process.
Production status monitor Production status can be monitored during automatic operation. The planned production number can be specified, and the take-out robot stopped automatically when production is completed.
Detection of drop in air pressure An error is displayed if the air pressure drops below a set value.
Early cycle start output The timing at which the Cycle Start signal is output to the molding machine can be adjusted. VNX-60250

Protective sheet for touch panel This protects the screen of the touch panel controller. All models
Backup MFD This floppy disk is used to back up teaching data. There are 10 disks in a set.
Standard program software This is the operating program software provided with standard specifications.
Linked operation with Y -MAPII A communication unit and startup program are added to the take-out robot in order to carry out molding station control (production progress, etc.) using the Y-MAP production control FA system.
Start with mold partially open The take-out robot begins to descend before the molding machine has finished opening the mold.
Molding machine communication specifications Information such as mold numbers is communicated between the robot and molding machine, to shorten the setup time.
Grease lubrication manual method Locations where grease is needed are lubricated manually. Grease can be supplied using a grease nipple, a simple concentrated lubrication method, or concentrated manual lubrication of all axes. VNXII-800,1300

NC reversing mechanism
2-axis NC control is used for the reversing section of the attachment head. NC control can be used on up to 7 axes, in conjunction with the take-out robot main unit, enabling operation with as much freedom as that of multi-jointed robots.
Undercut take-out, take-out on the fixed side, and other operations can be supported simply by teaching them.
