Plastics chain belt used
A plastics chain belt is used in the pallet transport
unit. This keeps pallets in place in the transport unit and
helps eliminate dust and contamination in the plant.
Less space required / large-capacity stocking
A pallet stacking system is used, enabling long-term automatic operation that requires a minimum of space.
Operated with air-driven robots
A pallet index mechanism allows parts to be palletized
using air-driven take-out robots (with one servo-driven traverse
axis). The stocking position can be programmed to match the
height at which the products are released by the press mounted
robot.
