This is the stock system adopting vacuum formed trays that used to be considered unsuitable for automation. Vacuum formed trays are light and cheap, but have low rigidity and are difficult to pull out after once piled. This stocker equips a new mechanism that automatically unstaks such vacuum formed trays. Corresponds to molding at the cycle time of as fast as 7 seconds.
