 Yushin
has newly commercialized 4 middle-size models of "RAII- a
series" robots, utilizing the Internet and LAN for networked
operation. This series features more rigidity to provide high accuracy
and high-speed operation. We will start to take orders from 10th May.
Yushin, adopting "Heartful Technology" as their motto, is the dedicated
supplier of take-out robots for injection molding machines (President
Mayumi Kotani, headquarters in Kyoto City, capital of 1.98566 billion
yen).
The 4 models developed are as following: "RAII- a -400"for machines from 280 to 450 tons, "RAII- a -600"and "RAII- a -600-e" for machines from 400 to 650 tons, and "RAII- a -800-e" for machines from 500 to 1000 tons. The type S with a main arm only and the type D with both main and sub arms are available for each model. The e-series, suitable for taking out relatively light-weight products (up to 10 kg for "600-e", 15kg for "800-e"), is a middle size take-out robot designed with cost effective being considered as a core factor. Whole the lineup of "WEBLINER RA- a series" has been finally completed by a total of 15 models. The lineup is composed of 4 models of non-telescopic vertical arm type robot called "RA- a series", 7 models of telescopic vertical arm type robot called "RAII- a series" and the 4 new models released this time. |

| 1)A dual support kick frame design, enabling speedy and stable movement, is incorporated. | ||

| These improvements allow the robot to value-added to production by smoothly interlocking with downstream equipments such as gate cut systems or camera inspection systems that require high positioning accuracy and by shortening the molding cycle in high speed operation. This series comes with an E-touch Web controller the RA/RAII series robots also equip. The E-touch Web controller is aimed for remote production control and data transmission through the Internet or LAN. Although the previous NETLINER series robots already possessed technology that links robots to the network for centralized production control, the a -series robots focus more on remote production monitoring and control using the Internet. | ||

| (1)Data transmission via network | ||
| Networked operation allows you to copy teaching data directly onto other robots with an E-touch Web controller (no media like a compact flash is required.) The messaging function sends various data and information to offices or other robots. | ||
| (2)Remote control | ||
| The remote control software allows you to receive teaching data or update motion programs using the Internet. This is an expandable function that allows future Yushin service center to support customers recover from difficulties by checking programs or offering other services. | ||
| (3)Memo | ||
| You can make a note using a touch pen. If you connect an optional USB camera, you can import images of your molded products. Then you write a note on imported images and save them with teaching data. | ||
| (4)Camera phone | ||
 The
USB camera allows you to telecommunicate between plants and offices
through the Internet. You can check the state of molded products or
plant conditions using images. This is also an expandable function
that allows future Yushin service center to offer telecommunication-
based technical support. |
