 Yushin
has newly commercialized 4 middle-class models of "NETLINER VSX/VSXII-
a series" robots, whose orders are to be received from 17th
May 2004. Take-out robots of those series get a high evaluation on
its excellent price performance and high functions since its first
release on March 2004. Yushin is the dedicated supplier of take-out
robots for injection molding machines, carrying the motto "Heartful
Technology" (President Mayumi Kotani, headquarters in Kyoto City,
capital of 1.98566 billion yen).
The 4 models commercialized this time are as following: " VSXII- a -400" for injection molding machines from 280 to 450 tons, " VSXII- a -600"and " VSXII- a -600-e" for machines from 400 to 650 tons, and " VSXII- a -800-e" for machines from 500 to 1000 tons. The type S with a main arm only and the type D with both main and sub arms are available for each model. The e-series, suitable for taking out relatively light-weight products (up to 10 kg for "600-e", 15kg for "800-e"), is a middle size take-out robot designed with cost effective being considered as a core factor. Whole the lineup of "NETLINER VSX/VSXII- a series" has been finally completed by a total of 15 models. The lineup is composed of 4 models of non-telescopic vertical arm type robot called " VSX- a series", 7 models of telescopic vertical arm type robot called " VSXII- a series" and the 4 new models released this time. |

4 new models comes with a handheld controller "E-touch mini" as well
as other models of "NETLINER VSX/VSXII- a
series"robots. The E-touch mini controller features 6.5 inch colored
LCD. Customers can easily handle the controller with the touch screen
and function keys. |

| 1.Teaching data can be saved onto memory cartridges and copied onto other robots. If you need to | ||
| change a motion program, you only have to change memory cartridges. A memory cartridge can store 100 mold data. | ||
| 2.The deadman switch has three shifts, which prevents misoperation and assures safety. | ||
| The E-touch mini controller has no extra control devices and requires no floor space, which saves floor space around the injection molding machine. | ||
