" Take-out robot simulator" has been developed as application software
for take-out robots.

Yushin
has newly developed application software of "Take-out robot simulator"
which allows its operators to confirm motions of the take-out robot
before actual operation. This software is expected to improve efficiency
and safety of work at production plants. Yushin is to receive an order
of this application software from July 2004. Yushin is the dedicated
supplier of take-out robots for injection molding machines, carrying
the motto "Heartful Technology" (President Mayumi Kotani, headquarters
in Kyoto City, capital of 1.98566 billion yen).
There are two ways of adopting "Take-out robot simulator". One way
is to choose this software as an option for "E-touch Web controller".
Another way is to use software for Windows "Flexible teaching" which
includes this simulator as a part of its functions.
Users of take-out robots can change motion programs or even add a
new motion on their robots through motion-programming software such
as "Flexible teaching" and "Lead through teaching" which is standard
specification of "E-touch Web controller". Then they can visually
simulate such changed motions on a screen of the controller or PC
with "Take-out robot simulator", before operating their robots for
confirmation in actual.
When take-out robot is consigned, basic motions are normally programmed
as standard specification. But there is always necessity to adjust
robot, by adding or changing motions, especially at the productive
plants where a small amount of various products are produced. Although
users can change motion programs of the robot through robot controller
or PC on their own, they needed to operate the robots repeatedly
in order to confirm the changed motions up to the present.

of controller or PC, it achieves not only improved efficiency and
greater safety but also time shortening in programming and mold change.

| 1. 3-dimensional screen display |
| A take-out robot on an injection-molding machine is
3-dimensionally displayed on a screen so that users can visually confirm
whether the created program is performing expected motions. v |

| 2. Real time monitor of input/output signal |
| An on-off setup of the input/output signals about various
operations of a take-out robot can be performed. In addition, it is
also possible to confirm which signal is under operation from the
3-densional screen at real time. |

| 3. Real time display of various numbers |
| A numerical setup such as position, speed, and timer
etc. of the robot can be performed. Moreover, according to 3-dimensional
operation, the numbers are displayed at real time. |

| An on-off setup of the signal about various operations
of a molding machine displayed on a 3-dimensional screen can be performed.
