Yushin established the subsidiary in Shenzhen, China

| Yushin Precision Equipment Co., Ltd. has established
"Yushin Precision Equipment Industry & Trading (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd."
in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, China as the sixth subsidiary in
Asia. The subsidiary, to which Yushin invents 100%, will start its
operation on October 18th. Yushin is the dedicated supplier of take-out
robots for injection molding machines, carrying the motto "Heartful
Technology" (President Mayumi Kotani, headquarters in Kyoto City,
capital of 1.98566 billion yen).
Up to now, Yushin has approached to the Chinese market mainly
by offering the maintenance service of the robots from three representative
offices in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Tianjin. This time, Yushin opens
Shenzhen subsidiary to provide finer service and the quick part
delivery to local users as well as the full-scale sales activities
in the market.
Especially in Shenzhen region, since there are many international
manufacturers of the household electric appliances, precision optics
and OA-related products, demands of the take-out robots is expected
from now on.
Shenzhen subsidiary is about 15-minutes-drive from the Luhuo district,
the central area of Shenzhen. There are five Japanese staffs from
Yushin Japan and nine local staffs.
The total floor space of the company is 1,015 square meters. It
will be a base to supply parts for maintenance as well as a plant
to assemble units brought from Japan into the robots. This allows
them to deal with short time-for-delivery order in China.

| Apart from the new Shenzhen subsidiary, now there are
five subsidiaries in Asia: Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Thai and Malaysia.
