Establishment of a Local Subsidiary in Slovakia
|
Yushin established a wholly-owned subsidiary " Yushin
Precision Equipment ( Slovakia ) s.r.o. " in Slovakia. The subsidiary
was founded as a base of sales and technical services in Middle and
East Europe. It started its business on May, 2. Yushin is the dedicated
supplier of take-out robots for injection molding machines, carrying
the motto "Heartful Technology" (President Mayumi Kotani, headquarters
in Kyoto City, capital of 1.98566 billion yen).
Up to now, Polymac-Yushi B.V., a joint venture in the Netherlands,
has been in charge of the business in Middle and East Europe. However,
more and more Japanese-owned companies, mainly automobile-related,
are advancing into Middle and East Europe, and Yushin regards the
area as important in Europe. Therefore, this time Yushin established
a local subsidiary in Slovakia, which is located in the middle of
five countries in Middle and East Europe (Czech, Poland, Hungary,
Romania, and Slovakia) and has good access to those countries where
Yushin has customers.
The office is located in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, and
has very easy access to anywhere. It takes no more than one hour by
car to reach Vienna Airport, the door to Middle and East Europe and
the highways lead to Prague, the capital of Czech and Budapest, the
capital of Hungary.
For the time being, one Yushin staff ( Endo as
a representative ) will be engaged in sales and technical services
in the five countries above.
Yushin Slovakia becomes the third business
base in Europe, subsequently to Yushin Automation Limited ( sales
subsidiary ) in England and Polymac Yushin B.V. ( joint venture )
in the Netherlands.
