Yushin
commercialized "J-HOP", runner take-out robot for vertical molding
machine. Yushin is the dedicated supplier of take-out robots for
injection molding machines, carrying the motto "Heartful Technology"
(President Mayumi Kotani, headquarters in Kyoto City, capital of
1.98566 billion yen).
Yushin will start to receive orders of J-HOP to coincide with its
exhibition at Plastic Industrial Fair 2006 Nagoya, held at Port
Messe Nagoya (Nagoya International Exhibition Hall) from 12th November.
This model is applicable for a molding machine with a clamping force
20~100t and has four types, R-R type, R-L type, RX-R type and RX-L
type; RX-R type and LX-R type are optional. R(X)-R type model has
the robot body on the right-side of the extraction arm, and R(X)-L
type on the left-side. Additionally, RX-R type and RX-L type are
capable of chuck rotation.
Features of J-HOP
1. It offers enough horizontal moving distance, 1380mm maximum from
mold center to sprue runner release point, even though the overall
robot width is approximately half of the conventional model.
2. Equipped with a servo-driven joint arm, it saves overhang floor
space from a molding machine given to take-out robot body. That
enables crusher setting close to the rear-side of the molding machine.
Additionally, it offers reduction of take-out cycle time.
3. Equipped as standard with user-friendly "GII-type controller".
Features of GII-type controller
1. Equipped with the eye-friendly large LCD.
2. Icon selection is possible on the menu panel.
3. The user-friendly raised silicone keys are featured on the pendent.
4. Up to 30 mold set ups storage is possible
5. Backup and copy of teaching data and program installation are
possible with SD memory card.
* Runner is the plastic to be discarded that is generated in injection
molding of plastic products. It is shaped in a flow passage of liquid
plastic in a mold that molds several products at one time.
