Change in Personnel for Reinforcement of the U.S. Subsidiary Structure

On January 1, 2007, Takeshi Iimura will assume the role as President of Yushin America, Inc. in the U.S.  He presently serves as Executive Vice President.

Personnel change at this time is directed toward the reinforcement of the company’s structure in order to achieve net sales of $30,000,000 (approximately 3,500,000,000 yen) by the year 2010.  Yushin America will focus on the Japanese automobile and automobile-related part makers that are now growing favorably in North American market.

Yushin America’s corporate headquarters is located in the State of Rhode Island which is in the Northeastern part of the United States.  It holds five other sales and service offices strategically located in Michigan, North Carolina, California, Texas, and Kentucky and employs approximately 62 people (including 5 Japanese employees from Yushin Japan).

Yushin is a dedicated supplier of take-out robots for injection-molding machines, carrying the motto "Heartful Technology" (President Mayumi Kotani, headquarters in Kyoto City, capital of 1.98566 billion yen).

The export ratio of Yushin’s net sales is 59.1% on the basis of interim consolidated financial results for the fiscal period ending March 2007.  The export amount to North America, including Canada, occupies 18.0% of the entire export of Yushin.
