Yushin participates in Chinaplas 2006 through Yushin Precision
Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a local subsidiary in Shanghai.
Yushin demonstrates four types of take-out robots applicable for
small-size molding machine to promote their sales in China. Chinaplas
2006 will be held in Shanghai from April 26th to 29th (for four
days).
Yushin is the dedicated supplier of take-out robots for injection
molding machines, carrying the motto "Heartful Technology" (President
Mayumi Kotani, headquarters in Kyoto City, capital of 1.98566 billion
yen).
Recently in Chinese market, competition with local take-out robot
makers has been intensified as well as one with Japanese makers.
At this exhibition, Yushin is going to make an appeal for its high
technology level and differentiation from other competing makers
by demonstrating mainly high value-added robots.
Products intended to demonstrate
1. RAII- a
-150D(5-axis servo driven take-out robot/Target clamping force 100~220ton)
This robot is one of RA/RAII- a
series, the flagship take-out robot series of Yushin.
Features
i) Equipped as standard with high functional E-touch Web controller
having user-friendliness, various networking functions, useful teaching
soft "Lead Through Teaching" and so on.
ii) High-grade rigidity established by adopting steel frame on traverse
axis (main drive axis) realizes higher accuracy and high-speed operation.
It demonstrates its full ability in high value-added production
ensuring smooth linkage to downstream processes that require a high
degree of positioning accuracy such as Gate-Cut System and Camera
Inspection System, as well as high speed operation that effectively
helps to shorten molding cycles.
iii) "Yushin Linear Rail" in the guide rail part realizes stable
high-speed operation and maintenance free.
iv) High clean level is realized by adopting a hermetically-closed
cable bear and a grease shatterproof cover on every axis.
2. VSX-a-30D (5-axis servo driven take-out robot/Target clamping
force 30~60ton)
This is a take-out robot applicable for extraction of precision
molded products such as connectors and gears. This time, Yushin
demonstrates this robot to get new customers of connector industry
in Chinese market.
Features
i) Equipped as standard with E-touch mini controller. It is a small
handy-type controller with good operability and excellent price
performance
ii) "Yushin Linear Rail" in the guide rail part realizes stable
high-speed operation and maintenance free.
iii) High clean level is realized by adopting a hermetically-closed
cable bear and a grease shatterproof cover on every axis.
3. ATB-150D(1-axis servo driven take-out robot/Target clamping force
50~220ton)
This is one of ATB series, air-type take-out robot focusing on price-performance.
Features
i) Excellent price performance is realized by adopting the servo
motor exclusively on traverse axis.
ii) "Yushin Linear Rail" in the guide rail part realizes stable
high-speed operation and maintenance free.
iii) Equipped as standard with handy-type lightweight G-controller.
4. HOPIV-450 (High-speed runner take-out robot/Target clamping force30~60ton)
Features
i) Weight reduction of kick frame and vertical frame realizes high-speed
take-out operation.
ii) Air consumption has been reduced 30% compared to HOPIII series
(former type). This leads to reduction of running cost.
iii)Redesigned compact robot body realizes space saving.
iv) "Yushin Linear Rail" in the guide rail part realizes stable
high-speed operation and maintenance free.
Besides this time, Yushin displays new handy-controller "GII-type
controller" as an introduction, which equips large LCD and cross-shaped
button key.

(Complement) Chinaplas is the exhibition of plastic and rubber products
hold every year in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou in order. This
holding is the 20th one and about 1,000 companies make presentations.
The organizer expects about 60,000 visitors.
