Yushin
developed three models of new swing-type runner take-out robot for
small injection molding machines, "HOP Five series" and starts to
receive orders by customers on June 13th. Yushin is the dedicated
supplier of take-out robots for injection molding machines, carrying
the motto "Heartful Technology" (President Mayumi Kotani, headquarters
in Kyoto City, capital of 1.98566 billion yen).
HOP series is the
popular swing-type runner* take-out robot that has received good
repute since its release in 1982.
This time, three models are commercialized:
HOP Five 450 applicable for a molding machine with a clamping force
30~60t, HOP Five 550 for a clamping force 30~100t, HOP Five 650
for a clamping force 80~130t. They have two types respectively,
Standard type and X-type with wrist flip function.

Yushin
demonstrates "HOP Five 450X" and "HOP Five 550X" at NPE 2006 held
in Chicago, USA from June 19th.
* Runner is the plastic to be discarded
that is generated in injection molding of plastic products. It is
shaped in a flow passage of liquid plastic in a mold that molds
several products at one time.
