Yushin
starts construction of "Sixth Plant" in the headquarters site from
August to reinforce the production capacity. Yushin is the dedicated
supplier of take-out robots for injection molding machines, carrying
the motto "Heartful Technology" (President Mayumi Kotani, headquarters
in Kyoto City, capital of 1.98566 billion yen).
The construction of the "Sixth Plant" is to be finished in December,
2006. And the construction cost will be approximately 400,000,000
yen.
Yushin determined to carry out the construction to improve the production
capacity as part of a plan to achieve the goal that it increases
the consolidated sales to 30,000,000,000 yen by 2011 fiscal period,
as well as to meet the present increasing demand in domestic automobile-related
industry and export to Chinese market on servo-driven traverse-type
take-out robot, Yushin's main product.
The four-storied "Sixth Plant" has 890.57 square meters area space
and 2630.539 square meters floor space.
Explanation for each floor
1st floor
This is a floor for production of large-size servo-driven traverse-type
take-out robot (600~3000ton class) and high-speed take-out robot.
In the 1st floor, up to 4 ultra- large-size take-out robots(2500~3000ton)
can be assembled and adjusted at the same time. Additionally, pits
will be set for full-stroke operation.
2nd floor
Partially office area
3rd floor
This floor is an assembly area for servo-driven traverse-type take-out
robot, Yushin's main product, on the basis of *cell production system.
4th floor
Office and assembly area
Yushin anticipates that the production capacity of servo-driven
traverse-type take-out robot increases about 50% than now.
* Cell production system
In assembly manufacturing, one or couples of workers are in charge
of parts installation to assembling. They do their work on a work
table called "cell" on which parts and tools are arranged in a specified
shape such as horseshoe.
