Development Department is driven by a staff of young talented engineers.
This team works together with a commitment to the philosophy that

imaginative thinking and abundant engineering expertise in their work.
Our goal is to build robots that can perform advanced and complex

| Yushin
currently has a total of 16 sales offices within Japan as well as
25 sales offices overseas in 15 different countries for carrying out
its increasingly global corporate activities. We constantly try to see the future to stay one step ahead of new needs and demands. In addition, each member of our team works hard to try and identify the products that our customers really need. As part of this effort, we undertake a range of basic activities such as developing carefully conceived technical sales strategies and high quality maintenance services. | Many
of Yushin's robots are installed in plants that operate 24 hours a
day. Production time is critical for the operators of such plants.
They cannot afford to have robots breaking down. In view of this fact, the role of Yushin's Service & Maintenance Department is extremely important. Its duties, which include installation, after-sales maintenance and regular check-ups, are vital in building up trust with our customers. Aside from repairing and maintaining machines, another key responsibility of this department is to collect opinions and requests from our customers and to communicate this feedback inside the company for use in the development of new products. To handle these duties, the workers of this department need to possess a deep, broad technical knowledge and experience. So every time Yushin develops a new model, we organize a seminar to get everyone acquainted with it. This way our staff members can build up their technical expertise continually. |
